One of the core elements of eMarketMessenger is its reporting section. The reporting section presents users with a birds-eye-view of all campaigns yet can be drilled-down to show detailed metrics from each message. Here are just some of the key features of the reporting section.
The main reporting page shows a summary of all campaigns together with the total number of opens, clicks, click rate and average open rate. Just one look lets you know which campaigns are effective and which ones aren't.
Just like campaigns, messages can be quickly compared with a single click. You see total messages sent, delivered, bounced, total opens and clicks. In addition to the powerful data, the system provides a series of graphs that allow users to easily and efficiently compare the results from each message.
Users can drill down even further and get additional data such as total opens versus unique opens, percentage of links clicked and details about which links were clicked the most. As with campaigns, detailed message reporting includes several graphs to help analyze the information.
The reporting section allows users to export the information at a number of stages throughout the drill-down process. Export whole campaigns or a single message - all it takes is a single click.
